Synopsis

The movie begins with a basketball match, which the East High, students win. After this their immediate attention shifts to the fact that their High school days are coming to a close and soon they will have to enter college. The whole thought of entering college and leaving their friends scares them. Troy and Gabriella are the ones who seem to suffer the most with this idea, as they will have to face imminent separation. But before all this, as per the ritual of the college they will have to do a play. But this time it is not just a play, as this whole thing follows a reward, a scholarship for college as per the announcement made by their drama teacher, Ms. Darbus. The lucky four in the race are Sharpay, Ryan, Kelsi, and Troy and scholarship is just for one student. Who will get the scholarship?
Well, for that you will have to watch the movie, but let me tell you that in the end you will catch these students in their graduation gowns, throwing their caps high in the air.

Movie review

There are many who will not like this movie, but I guess that there will many more who will love the movie. This teen age movie about six friends definitely attracted me, as did the first two in the series. This is a fun light movie; to me it was like a breath of fresh air and very different from the typical action, drama movies. The performance, the music, the dances, and the clothes everything was just perfect in the movie. The movie does not deal with very delicate and never heard about scientific issues and problems, but deals with simple issues of teenagers. Issues like that of jealousy, separation from girlfriend/boyfriend and keeping a junk heap truck running are the ones that are the major points of attraction. The best thing that I liked about the movie is that we all at some time or the other in life have gone through this. And, I have no shame in admitting that I thoroughly enjoyed the movies innocence, exuberance and music.

Conclusion

‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year’, will make you laugh, cry and will take you back to your high school days. The movie will make you think and refresh your memories of your teenage days. It is a very interesting movie with practical and life like issues being discussed in it. As far as, the acting is concerned, the six friends were much better than the last one, and obviously the movie was an additional benefit for the fans. If you, too, like me are a romantic person and want to feel life from a close quarter then go for this movie.

If watching movies is your passion, then, I think you’re at the right place. You can download this and many more movies from this site. Reviews

There are very few animated movie sequels that are better than their predecessors but I must admit that I liked ‘Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa’ much more than the original. And since this one starts with a small summary about the part one, it hardly matters if you missed the first installment. All crazy characters are back and then there are some new ones. I admit that it has the usual one- liners and pop culture jokes that afflict all the recent animations but then there are some outstanding gems like madcap rave party tune ‘Move It’. Will. i. am of Black Eyed Peas stirs up a riot in the role of Casanova- hippo MotoMoto (god! I love saying it so much that I have to say it twice). What I find really amusing is that Alex is voiced by Ben Stiller while his father is voiced by Bernie Mac. May be Alex’s dad has more soul. It sort of reminds me of ‘Lion King’ with Alpha males fighting for dominance of pride. I suggest that they should soon come up with a screenplay about penguins. They deserve an independent movie of their own for they stole the show completely. It’s a nice family movie that is fun for kids as well as grown ups.

Recommendations

This zany Madagascar is even better than the previous Madagascar which I absolutely loved. The hilarious journey with Alex, Marty, Melman, Gloria and penguins as well as chimps is the best trip to Africa you can have. Come and join the fun with the madcap rave party. Role Model

Genre: Comedy

Release Date: 7 November, 2008

Running time: 99 minutes

Tagline: Danny and Wheeler were just sentenced to 150 hours mentoring kids. Worst idea ever.

Coming from the director of ‘Wet Hot American Summer’, this bawdy boys-to-men comedy is a mixture of saucy and sentimental. Danny Donahue (Paul Rudd) with dry sarcasm to spare and sex addled numbskull Wheeler (Seann William Scott) work together for Minotaur energy drink, promoting it to high school students. While visiting an area High School, they land in a situation where they end up choosing to act as mentor at Sturdy Wings, a Big Brother-esque organization run by reformed addict-and unrepentant flirt-Gayle Sweeny (Jane Lynch). This hilarious comedy will make you double up with laughter and you can download it absolutely free. If you are not a member of this site yet, then register with us now to enjoy the latest Hollywood releases with unlimited downloads.

Synopsis

‘Role Models’ is about two energy drink representatives; Danny who hates his job and pretty much his whole life and Wheeler who is so enthusiastic about his job that he even dresses in a Minotaur costume while on duty. Danny’s girlfriend Beth (funny and charming Elizabeth Banks) dumps him for his lack of maturity just as he thinks they are headed towards marriage. Once they trash a company truck into a statue while trying to drive it away from the tow-truck. When they are arrested, they are asked to choose from 6 months of hard time in jail and 150 hours of community service with troubled kids. They choose the later but just one day after spending the day with kids hard time does not look half as bad as an option. Danny is to mentor Augie (Christopher Mintz) a nerdy boy into role-playing games and Wheeler is given the charge of a foulmouthed, terror of a boy Ronnie (Bobb’e J. Thompson). This is where the fun starts. Their first meeting with the boys is a disaster. After being warned by Big Brother Program Leader Gayle Sweeney (Jane Lynch) they are forced to brush up their act. While Danny reaches out and tells Augie that he must do what makes him happy, Wheeler has a side-splitting naked tryst with a Big Sister on a camping trip which makes a profound impression on Ronnie. As the parents make it clear that the two men are a bad example for their kids and they don’t want them around their kids anymore, Danny and Wheeler continue to hang out with them. They put welfare of their wards in jeopardy; hazard a jail term and loss of everyone’s respect for they must prove to the world how responsible they can be.

Role Models - Trailer

Review

‘Role Models’ is a movie that is both hilarious and touching. It may lag behind in funniness when compared to movies like ‘Pineapple Express’ and ‘Superbad’ but it makes up for that when it comes to the character and soul of the movie. I concede that the screenplay is ludicrously offensive as illustrated by four lettered words used by Thompson in the role of little Ronnie but astonishingly enough, it is heartwarming in spite of itself. If you can see through the gags and dirty one liners then you find the heart of the movie which lies in the interaction Augie and Ronnie has with their ‘Big Brothers’ Danny and Wheeler, especially Ronnie and Wheeler. Thompson is the one to watch out for as he has the potential to be a Hollywood star with his poise and great comedic sense. The message that we all should do what makes us really happy irrespective of what our parents or anybody else tells us has been conveyed in many movies but never before as strongly has it is driven home as in this movie. You find here a bunch of people playing with foam swords in an imaginary jungle, doing exactly what makes them happy. Can you say that about yourself? Honestly, I can’t.
It’s a delightful movie with a very good ending. Check it out yourself.

Movie Errors

How ever good a movie may be, there are always a few loop holes that can be found out even in the best of the works. Here are a few mistakes of the movie, which probably the director\producers of the movie could not locate, but sharp eyes of the viewers couldn’t miss them.

When the Secretary of Defense leads Agent Perez to the B36 floor, there are Marines under arms and covered (have their hats on) yet they do not salute. Any Marine under arms is required to salute any higher ranking officer, including the President and Vice President, and would have been required to salute the Secretary of Defense, who is in his chain of command.

When Agent Perez gets out of the cooling pool at the end of the movie, she grabs a metal rod and shoves it into the eye of Eagle Eye. When she does this all kinds of electrical sparks fly, and even though she is completely sopping wet, including her hands, she is not electrocuted.

When Agent Perez’s helicopter takes off from “Chicago” after the recovery of the Cayenne, her helicopter has a California flag on its tail. read more . . .

SCADA cyber security lessons from the movie ‘Eagle Eye’
November 13, 2008: In the movie “Eagle Eye,” several severe infrastructure security breaches are accomplished before any one involved becomes aware that such breaches had occurred. While the movie does depict some completely outrageous things (a transmission line over voltage scenario? What was that?), this lack of security monitoring is not so far-fetched, and there are lessons there that SCADA system control engineers should heed. That’s the contention of Matt Luallen and Steve Hamburg in their new blog, Industrial Cyber Security, available through the home page of Control Engineering.

Movie Review

D.J. Caruso’s latest movie deals with contemporary paranoia spawned by the invasion of technology in every aspect of our lives. Here, the everyday pieces of technology take the place of a character that has life of its own and there is no escape from it. The movie is packed with non- stop action. Caruso has the knack of keeping things moving with such panache that one tend to ignore the inadequacies of the plot. The movie is most fun when LaBeouf and Monaghan are sent on a wild goose chase by the unknown woman with traffic signals change at will and TV screens at Mc Donald suddenly turning coerce. If you are looking for some mind blowing action without delving too much into reason and rationale, then this is one movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Happy watching.

When Joy is curling her hair in the bathroom, Jack is standing at the door waiting to use it, and there’s a file cabinet with wheels which disappears when Joy comes out.

When Joy goes to work after moving in with Jack, she is in a blue dress. When she is at work, her dress is grey - the same one she had on at work at the beginning of the movie, before the break up. But when they meet later at the counselor’s, she is back in blue. (Not to be confused with the red jacket she is wearing while she is working.)

When Joy invites Jack’s parents over to his house to eat, his shirt is a long sleeved. Later, when Jack goes to see Joy’s ex-fiance, his shirt is short sleeved.

When Mason runs into Joy at the park, a dog in the background drastically changes positions from shot to shot.

In the scene where Ashton Kutcher hits the 3 million dollar progressive jackpot, he only puts one quarter in the slot machine, but the machine payoff schedule shows that two quarters are need to hit the progressive.

In the scene where Joy quits her job, you see she is wearing the ring she just gave to Jack in the scene before.

After Joy shows her boss her wine bottle/knife trick, she pours a glass of wine, and when the shot changes the bubbles disappear instantly.

When Joy is preparing to pop the champagne for her boss she grabs the bottle and slides the knife on the bottle. The metal cage on the cork of the bottle is intact; however when she pops the bottle, the metal cage is removed.

Joy McNally: [from inside the bathroom, taking her time] Almost done!
[walks into the kitchen to find Jack pissing in their sink]
Jack Fuller: Oh yeah, this is really happening. Oh, and it’s your day for dishes.

Jack Fuller: Will to be married to me… again?
Joy McNally: [sighs] Being with you makes me be myself again so I will be married to you… again.
[they kiss]
Joy McNally: I quit my job.
Jack Fuller: Good thing we have a ton of money!

Joy McNally: The grown-ups have to go to work today… What are you going to do all day?
Jack Fuller: I don’t know yet
[shoves cereal in mouth]
Joy McNally: Hmph.
Jack Fuller: I’d rather do nothing and be happy than do something I know I don’t love.
Joy McNally: Words to live by, Yanni.

Mason: [switches on light]

Movie reviews

When I first read about the premise of the movie, I was pretty horrified. Accidental marriage in Vegas! Ashton and Diaz TOGETHER! It was scary. But the movie turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. It is actually hilarious that kept me chuckling for hours later. What really amazed me was their onscreen chemistry and Diaz is both funny and sexy.

I know it’s a typical guy thing to say. Ashton was also funny in his own way and even if script was not original then it was entertaining and that’s the only thing that matters for no matter how original a script is, if it does not entertain, then it’s useless. Do take notice of the supporting cast for they are very good and show their talent. Overall, it’s a very entertaining and fun film but you should not expect a lot from it. Though it has its flaws but unless you are not a complete film snob, you can enjoy it. In fact any one can enjoy it, if you are looking for the right reasons.
